Details:
Join us November 14-17, 2024 for a 3-night, 3-day retreat to practice creating your personal sanctuary from the stresses of life. This retreat is set in the serene
refuge of Boulder, Utah, at the nationally recognized Boulder Mountain Lodge bordering 11 acres of bird sanctuary.
You’ll have the opportunity to connect with your mind and body through daily yoga.
You’ll discover the power of breath, and be guided on a journey inward to
cultivate clarity and resilience through SOMA Breathwork Masterclasses. SOMA
Breathwork can encourage the release of emotional blockages and tension held
in the body. This can lead to profound emotional healing, increased self-awareness, and emotional freedom.
Additionally, you’ll transform your inner world with healing vibration sound baths that invite you to create space within where serenity can thrive.
Take this connection, resilience, and space home with you to nurture, grow, and draw upon as often as needed.
You’ll also connect with others, take time to heal, and learn concepts to enhance
your personal growth, mindfulness, and stress tolerance. All lodging, three
dinners, light breakfast items, snacks and tea throughout the day, classes, and Masterclasses are included. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and warm clothes for outdoor sessions (weather dependent). We also recommend bringing a journal and pen, and additional food to meet your own personal dietary preferences. Each room includes a fridge and microwave.
Retreats offer a fuller, deeper, and richer experience than what we typically
encounter in our everyday lives. They provide different surroundings and the
space needed to break free from habits that might be holding us back, all within
a guided schedule featuring more intense experiences and learning
opportunities. Join us to discover how to create a personal sanctuary that you can take home with you.
