Yoga Sunné was originally conceived by Tate Siemer as a Bikram Yoga studio. It had been a dream of his for years to bring Bikram Yoga to a community sanctuary for the purpose of offering the healing and well-being that he had found in his own practice. Our story started becoming a reality when Rahn Miralles became the first partner, a seasoned yoga teacher and practitioner in the vision. As the location was established in Cottonwood Heights, other partners were assembled to form a collective of diverse yogis and yoginis, sharing the purpose to cocreate a community owned and operated studio. We are excited about the new paradigm of shared ownership, incorporating principles and elements of a vibrant and dynamic community culture. The collective has put thoughtful intention in establishing a rooted foundation to implement programs such as our classes, workshops, teacher training, and community outreach.
